I've been using this for over 2 years and I've loved shopping using Copia. It's convenient: saves me time. 2-4 days delivery time & the free shipping are great! I also get products at a cheaper price. However, over time, the variety of options for a single product has greatly reduced, for some products they only sell 1 brand. Some products don't exist on the app anymore. The prices for some items are also higher than the ones in the local supermarkets. I hope they'll do sth about these issues.

Takes time to load. They also lock comments section to avoid customer's complaint. My order failed they took me through circles not wanting to refund. By the time I am writing this review my order had taken almost a week and I am not sure if I will be refunded. They always give the same answer now and then. This has been the most stressful experience with copia.

Being a loyal customer I'm really disappointed... Ordered my goods paid for them..one item wasn't delivered..I called and was told it's out of stock so i requested a refund.. five days later I haven't been refunded, been calling everyday and no change.. I decided to order sth else instead today turns out my refund was approved so I can't...mnataka aje
