The app is slow, laggy and often unresponsive. Unable to rank the parts selection by price (or anything)! That's surely a very basic requirement, but not possible here. The app can't sort by price, or front/rear axle! This week i ordered several items. The number of individual items in the app was not the same as the Summary! The app can't sort, or add up! Customer Support was 3/10. I had to order the missing unit, having to pay unit postage instead of it being included in the large order.

Autodoc is great, but the app is very annoying They use every marketing trick from the book to try to "engage" you. For example, there's daily check-in rewards, a buttload of notifications and many upselling tactics. Super annoying to navigate and if you install this app, make sure to disable notifications right away and stay concious about what you actually need/want.

Very very slow dispatching and processing the orders, 11 days from placed the order with item in stock and still waiting for pickup. They trick their customers so that they are later disappointed. To transparency about estimate delivery before placing the order. You need to wait minimum 14 days or more for your items in the best scenario. No transparency on the item prices, prices are lowered or increased depending on the time of the day and some other things. Forgot about return.
