The Holy Spirit works in us continually from conversion through sanctification, and subsequently through various giftings and empowering. If the Holy Spirit is God and dwells within us, what does that call us to? We should continually be filled up by the Holy Spirit. It leads to to hearing phrases like, "It's a good church, but it's not a Spirit-filled church," or, "I was prayed for at this church, but then I went down to the Spirit-filled church to be prayed for."
