Accounting under Article 4.13 Guidance on accounting of Parties A and B’s NDCs consistent with Paragraph 13 of Article 4, and Paragraphs of Decision 1/CP.21 Additional guidance when Parties A and B engage in cooperative approaches which involve the use of ITMOs towards NDCs Reporting under Article 13 Accounting of ITMOs under Article 6 Tracking of Party A’s NDC 1. Issuance of 100 ITMOs (1 ITMO = 1 tCO2eq) 2. Transfer of ITMOs 3. Surrender of ITMOs 4.
