Up the Creek (Introductory Adventure)

About the adventure

This is a quick/fun one-shot that introduces players to the Torg Eternity system on Foundry VTT. Using pre-generated characters, players will gradually learn the basic rules to the game while taking on an exciting mission from the Delphi Council that takes them into the heart of The Living Land, a realm filled with dinosaurs and lizard-like beings known as the Edeinos.

How to prepare

We will use Foundry's built-in audio and video. An audio connection/microphone is required. A video connection is highly encouraged, but not required.

What I provide

This game will be played on Foundry VTT. It will include several full-color handouts, an array of interesting and dangerous threats, and Torg Eternity music.

Gameplay details

This session will involve an adventure into a primitive realm where the players will be confronted by dinosaurs, lizard-like beings, and undead creatures. In terms of content, it should fall into the PG-13-ish range.

How will character creation work

Pre-generated characters will be provided. Experienced Torg Eternity players who wish to participate may bring any Alpha level PC with 25 XP or less. Those players wishing to bring their own character should log in and get their character ready prior to the session. I can assist with that, if you have never used Foundry VTT.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
