I'm MAD at EA Sports! The legendary Carlos Valderrama is no longer in FIFA 18!!!

FIFA 18 came out yesterday and of course I had it pre-ordered months ago. FIFA 17 was dead to me ever since the demo of FIFA 18 came out as I wrote in this post. Luckily I was able to play the full FIFA 18 game a week in advance for a maximum of 10 hours before it finally officially got released so I had some fun with the game already.

Since FIFA 15 I've been playing FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) because of the addition of one single player only: the man the myth, the legend... Carlos Valderrama. Perhaps even the best midfield player of all time. Yeah I said it, the best midfield player of all time. It was then that I decided to only play with a squad consisting of Colombian players. Every single year I've managed to acquire Valderrama and it's always wonderful to play with him. The amount of skill he has is simply amazing and he's a true force to be reckoned with.

Having a true Colombian squad with Valderrama has become my trademark in FIFA and I've reached division 2 on the FUT world league. I've named my team GOLOMBIA and many many opponents have quickly found out why.

BUT MY EPIC TEAM CAN NO LONGER BE AND I'M MAD AT EA SPORTS BECAUSE OF IT

I've come to find out that they have REMOVED the epicness that is Carlos Valderrama! He is no longer in the game and I don't know if he will be added later. EA must add him later if my trademark team is to continue...

But it's not only that... Carlos Valderrama was actually the ONLY legend in the FIFA games. No there are 0 Colombian legends available and this hurts my partial Colombian roots. Many people know Colombia has had many legendary players, the 94 squad was almost mythical and they ruled the entire American continent beating Brazil, Argentina and the other teams with huge numbers.

THIS IS HOW EA CAN MAKE IT RIGHT

• This is a must: Bring Carlos Valderrama back as soon as possible. My rise in the FUT divisions depends on it.

• Optional: Add the LEGENDARY Rene Higuita. Probably the best goalkeeper of all time. A huge star from Colombia’s golden era in the 1990s. He holds the record for the most goals scored by any Colombian goalkeeper. He scored 30 goals throughout his career. Very well known for his unconventional style and reckless maneuvering they called him “el loco.” He also gained notoriety for stunning the English and the entire world with his “Scorpion kick” save at Wembley in 1995.

• Optional: Add the LEGENDARY Faustino Asprilla. He was one of Colombia’s best strikers during their golden years through the mid-90s. He was named by FIFA in 1996 as the sixth-best player in the world! His ferocious speed and deadly ball handling left have him remembered as one of Colombia’s all-time greatest stars.

• Optional: Add the LEGENDARY Freddy Rincon. A striker with amazing potential and attack. Beyond scoring critical goals in decisive games, such as Colombia’s famous 5-0 win over Argentina in 1994 World Cup qualifiers, he also served as a balancing force for the team.

SO PLEASE EA SPORTS... MAKE THIS RIGHT FOR ME. FIFA 18 is not the same for me anymore...
