Today I want to talk to you about Medina beach, it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Venezuela, it is characterized by its abundant vegetation among which the coconut trees and trees stand out, its waters of intense blue and its white sand. This beach stretches along its small bay and its ends penetrate the Caribbean Sea so it has little waves.

It is perfect for the whole family, has an extensive forest of coconut trees with grass in which you can be quietly without the need for awnings, its crystal clear waters, quite calm and with small waves is perfect for the enjoyment of the little ones and those of Seniors

One of the good things that Playa Medina has, is that it is cared for by the community who charges an entrance to use the parking lot and in exchange it keeps the beach in perfect conditions without garbage. Bonfires and music are forbidden and you do not have the problem of other beaches in which different vacationers compete with each other with the volume of their music, making the beach stay unbearable. The food vendors are well organized in an area that does not bother you.

This beach is located on the northern coast of the Paria Peninsula, and is located in the Arismendi Municipality. Land access is made from Río Caribe or Yaguaraparo by local 03 (approximately 25 km from Rio Caribe). You must be very attentive to the notice that says "Playa Medina". After the sign, you must travel 8 kilometers of newly paved road (year 2012). You can also take peñeros (boats) from Río Caribe to the beach, with a duration of 1 hour sailing a 12.8km route, in the nautical crossing you can enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Parian coast.

This beach has comfortable cabins or rooms with all the services, rustic style but sophisticated. They are sold in packages that include accommodation and meals. One of the best inns is POSADA PLAYA MEDINA which has a very well-designed architecture that adapts perfectly to the nature of the place, this inn has 8 cabins which are located on the seafront, with porch and hammocks ready to enjoy the sunset that the peninsula offers. The inn offers Creole food restaurant, boat rides, awnings and chairs on the beach.

Undoubtedly its calm crystalline waters, often of green color, its fine sand of soft golden color, the abundant shade of offers the coconut trees, the song of the birds, its untouched landscape and the friendliness of its inhabitants, make it the branch of paradise.
