What to expect during Your session

We understand everyones experience is different. All our sessions are run with a trauma informed emphasis and we meet you where you are at physically and mentally on the day. Perhaps that means you would like to come and look at the beach and the centre, maybe have a chat and ask some questions before committing to a session on the water. If you would like to do this please contact us here to arrange. We adapt all our sessions to accommodate participants as best we can..
