A few years ago Gré Maillard discovered the well-known Serbian musician Vlada Divljan who founded the Yugoslav New Wave era in the eighties with his famous band Idoli and died unfortunately way too early after a few years suffering from cancer in his lately chosen hometown Vienna. While listening to Austria's alternative radio station FM4, Gré heard an electronic track from Vlada Divljan's Viennese side-project Die Tonzentrale named "Meine Stadt" (my town) and wanted to know more about it. And so he found the beautiful and melancholic original song "Moj Grad" (my town) which contains sad lyrics in Serbian language. And now, totally fallen in love with another love song of Vlada named "Noćas Tražim" (feat. The Old Stars Band, the title means "tonight I need" in English and the song is about the singer's need for warm words and love of his beloved one), Gré made a slo-mo housey edit out of it, right on time before Vlada's 5th death anniversary. This happens on the 5th of March, 2020. And this is also the release date of the 17th release of Szeretet Records. Enjoy loads of ljubav!!! <3 <3 <3
