Ghormeh Sabzi:

Ghorme sabzi, a delightful Persian dish. Stews are very popular in Iran and they are usually served with plane rice. Among all Ghorme sabzi is one of the most loved by iranians. Its ingredients are: herbs, lamb, beans and dry limes. 

Dolmeh:

Stuffed grape leaves are very popular in the Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine.  Persian grape leaves are usually stuffed with ground beef and rice.
They are fairly easy to make even though a bit time consuming, but they are worth every bit of the effort!

Kashko bademjan:

If you are an eggplant lover, Persian cuisine can be a paradise for you. There are plenty of eggplant dishes and side dishes in Persian cuisine, and among them one of the most popular dish is Kashke Bademjan. The main ingredients of this dish are eggplants and Kashk which is a type of yogurt whey. In the process of making cheese, the remaining liquid after milk has been strained is called whey.
Kashke Bademjan is often served with a special Persian bread called Lavash, but you can serve it with pita bread or crackers too.

Koofte means “pounded meat” in Farsi.
