Synergy Growing up, my dad was very passionate about mathematics. Difficulties in solving a problem(s) during study time proved to extend the bed time threshold. Comprehension difficulties were countered with additional examples and a fresh set of questions until the concept was grasped. With that background I was tempted to solve for X during my study because of the mind boggling multiplier effect recorded in Deutronomy 32 : 30 ! One man will chase a 1000 and two will put 10000 to flight. We see an exponential increase in the impact of the latter due to combined efforts. The Cambridge dictionary beautifully defines synergy as the combined power of a group of things when they are working together that is greater than the total power achieved by each working separately. As we build on our customer service and experience conversations, be reminded that service excellence and overall organisational productivity is not a one man or one woman show, combined team effort yields outstanding results.
