A fantastic service from Locksmiths Gloucester. My husband called to say a key has broken off in our front door and within 15 minutes we had someone call and fix our lock. We would highly recommend Locksmith Gloucester and would definitely use them again if we have any issues with our door locks again.

Our boiler kept losing pressure on a daily basis so it was suspected to be a leak somewhere. Our insurance company sent someone to check if the boiler was the issue and point to the possible leak. Boiler was fine and one radiator had a ver rusty and suspicious pipe. We called Rightio to fix this and the response was immediate and sent someone instantly. Unfortunately, when they arrived, they weren’t well prepared. We had to provide with towels, cloths and even the radiator bleeding key. They drained the radiator manually, using a couple of buckets and creating mess. They took a while to just isolate the radiator, and said that needed to buy pipe pieces and valves. Just this visit was £182.40. They came back two days later to finish the job. Same as before, the procedure wasn’t very thorough (although we trusted the issue was sorted) and got charged another £340.39. Rightio was going to charge more but the main plumber said it should be that. They said to monitor and call back if there was still an issue. There was still a leak. However, we called instead the insurance for track and trace as this is at no cost for us and we didn’t trust Rightio anymore. Only ONE guy was sent, and he had ALL the necessary equipment, pump to drain the water, all the tools and did an excellent job, the report was impecable with photos and explanations for everything. Turns out, it was a bad job from Rightio that left a badly fixed pipe. I called Rightio and explained, but instead of trying to understand, they just blamed me for not calling them and calling the insurance. Excuse me? They did an excellent job and I sent Rightio the report to prove it to them (who knows what kind of track and trace they would have done, and if they would have charged us more!!). Of course, to this I got no response at all from Rightio. Conclusion, cannot trust this company. I do not recommend it.

Ron was great! Responded to my text very quickly and was at my house within a couple of hours same day. Fixed the problem with my door as he luckily had the part and left within 45mins! He was very friendly and professional, would highly recommended to others and would contact again should something else happen. Thank you Ron!
