Due to council incompetence, there was a serious drainage and clogging problem that had been developing for months at my property. All of the bathrooms and showers were broken. Immediately after calling LEP and explaining the situation, Adam and a colleague arrived and gave me the assurance that the problem will be fixed within an hour. They only needed a few minutes to grasp the challenge before moving swiftly to the area of difficulty. I'm really appreciative that both of the guys remedied the problem that had been building up for months. I couldn’t be more thankful.

I have used these guys twice. The first call-out was for an urgent leak late in the evening - the engineer was there in half an hour and made a safe fix in the minimum time that could have been expected. The second was for planned replacement of a damaged toilet and basin - within one afternoon, the problems were assessed, replacements sourced and well fitted with the minimum of damage to existing trim, and with no fuss and no further visits needed. With polite communication, fair pricing and very fast response, I would recommend them without reserve. Well done guys.

Plumbing service was fast and good. Had a problem with the bathtub plate that was rotten and we had huge water leakages going through to our walls underneath. This plumbing company came through really quick and drained the walls and replaced our bathtub plate. Plumber was quick fast and genuine and explained the whole problem in a professional friendly manner. Quick reliable and genuine. Saved my life once again and will definitely give them another call in case of another emergency. Many thanks !

Adam showed up on time as stated, thoroughly described what needed to be changed, and then started working on the taps and washing machine pipes, finishing the job in the allotted hour. Despite it being a Saturday and work being scheduled on the spot due to an unexpected leak, we were quite happy with the job and the quick response we received. Had an issue with my toilet in the basement regularly blocking up. They arrived quickly and checked out the issue which they said that my macerator motor was faulty. They said they don’t have the part to fix it and because it was late at night they couldn’t get one so I had to wait until the next day and they came and replaced it. Everything is working good, experienced professionals and nice people, would recommend

I called London Emergency Plumbing and I had a great experience with them and was very happy. The plumber arrived straight away within 45 minutes, they work 24/7 which is amazing as I had an issue in the middle of the night. The plumber Adam fixed my leak within an hour. Excellent service! Shortly after I called for help, the plumber showed up at my flat, very fast response time! I was glad that the cost was properly explained to me before the job was done and that it was in line with what I had anticipated paying for an emergency plumber.

I had a terrible plumbing problem that can't wait till I get back or it will flood on Thursday night, the night before my first weekend away in a very long time. Crises avoided and issue fixed, avoiding a crisis. Totally worth it, and they promised to fix the problem for me if it resurfaces. Overall excellent service, and the plumber was extremely relaxing, which was very appreciated. I would strongly suggest these people if you require urgent assistance. Thanks once more

I heard noise from my loft at 1am and found water leaking through my ceiling. Called the plumbers out thinking no one would come but thankfully Adam from Lep arrived in 20 min and he quickly shut the water off for me. Hes said something might’ve chewed my pipe which was causing the leak but and he also took pictures and videos to show me. This isn’t the first time it happens but regardless they came very quickly and fixed it without making too much of a mess. Really kind people and I’m thankful.

I have used these guys on multiple occasions, and each time they have been very professional and have done an excellent job for a fair price.

They have replaced 2 macerators, and have been clean and tidy throughout.

Found these guys on a Sunday night at 11.00 pm after a broken pipe had flooded my dance studio. They were quick to attend, honest, hard working and very efficient. Got the problem sorted within a couple of hours and I would recommend 100% these guys, Ibrahim and his associate. 10/10

Tarek was really professional and polite. Fixed our boiler and also gave it a service. Came earlier than expected which was great as we’d had no hot water for two days and also advised me on a different issue I’ve been having with my washer. Decided to replace my floor boards during the night but I accidentally screwed the copper pipe luckily I was able to get these guys out within 25 minutes and they were able to repair the pipe work quickly. Great service
