Frankie and the team have been absolutely incredible!

As a FTB, I was very nervous and anxious about the whole buying/mortgage process but Frankie and the team made me feel at ease from start to finish and made the experience a lot less stressful for me.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to my friends and family, as I know they would go above and beyond to help them as much as they did me.

I couldn’t recommend planet mortgages enough ! At the beginning if the year I was told I wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage, but Craig was an absolute god send and helped me with every step & more. He made the process so easy and stress free, considering I was told it wouldn’t happen he sorted it.

Using Frankie and his team has saved us thousands...

Originally having a decision in principal for what we thought was the best rate available to us we then spoke to Frankie who was extremely enthusiastic and adamant he could get us a better deal.

Frankie kept to his word and didn’t only just beat the deal we already had but beat it by a large margin saving us thousands in repayments.

If you want the best rates, service and knowledge then Frankie is your man.

The whole experience was faultless from start to finish. Well informed, honest, calming and willing to respond to any concerns I had at any point throughout the day - and night! I’ve used Frankie as a first time buyer and more recently again for my remortgage and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. We hit a bit of a bump in the road due an issue on the lender’s side however, Frankie stepped in immediately and addressed the issue within days.

The help I received securing a mortgage through Planet Mortgages was fantastic. After trying a different company and failing to get what I needed I spoke with Frankie at Planet Mortgages and he was amazing at helping me. Sian Mills and Sian Smith a little confusing but funny-made remortgaging which can be a minefield a total breeze. What these ladies don’t know about their chosen field isn’t worth knowing.
