Jenna Greene

“I'm trying to slow down and recognize the wins, the small steps forward and the great conversations I get to have with people.”

As the founder of creative impact agency Forward Collective, Jenna Greene works at the intersection of philanthropy, entertainment and business. She partners with brands and organizations like the Los Angeles Clippers, Alliance for Children's Rights and Alliance of Moms, The Female Quotient and Easterseals Southern California on dreaming up large-scale movements and socially responsible branding strategies that build awareness and action around a shared purpose.

Jenna has spent 15 years as a marketing and media strategist with a focus on social responsibility. Along the way, the Hall of Femme honoree makes sure to support the women around her, personally and professionally. “The women that catch you when you fall, lift you up in moments of doubt, make you laugh and smile — you hold tight to those people,” Jenna says. “Celebrate them, love them, and make them take a minute to see their own success in all aspects of their life.”

When she’s not working to move brands forward, Jenna gives back as a member of the advisory board of the USC Marshall School of Business, Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab. “I love building community around giving back, introducing people to new things that they might not have realized they care about and inspiring people to be more thoughtful and involved,” she says. “The world can be a tough place and to try and impact change and make it better is very special.”
