Macon Cherry Blossom celebrates winning 21 awards, including 'Best Festival'

MACON, Ga. -- Cherry Blossom officials Tuesday morning celebrated winning 21 awards at the IFEA Convention, including the Grand Pinnacle for Best Festival in the World.

A press conference took place in the Government Center’s Commission Chambers in Macon.

Cherry Blossom won the awards at the International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA) in Boise, Idaho during the IFEA/Haas & Wilkerson Pinnacle Awards Ceremony.

Officials also unveiled a new promotional video for 2020, along with the Official Pin for the upcoming 39th Festival.
