Brooke High School is searching for a new head football coach, posting the position after accepting the resignation of Mac McLean earlier this week.
McLean spent ten seasons coaching his alma mater (35-65). The Bruins went 5-5 the past two seasons.
Brooke was last in the postseason during the 2015 season, the same season McLean's squad handed Wheeling Park it's only loss in a state championship winning season.
The new coach hired will be guiding the Bruins in a new era of West Virginia football. Brooke will be Class 3A in the new four class system this fall.
