The author of the article reflects on the role of oral and written speech of students in the development of communicative competence. The author points out that for the development and strengthening of oral and written speech of secondary school students, academic lyceums and professional colleges, various types of written work should be used. One of them is dictation. Dictation is carried out in the form of daily and intermediate control in order to improve literacy and verify, consolidate knowledge, skills, and skills of students. Dictation is divided into educational and control dictation. To increase the effectiveness of the educational innovation system, it is necessary that students receive information at the maximum level of capabilities. The process of teaching the Russian language is mainly aimed at improving literacy and developing students' communication skills.

Development of Communication and Speech Skills of Students in the Process of Education2020 •
The article aims to study and diagnose school students with disabilities' levels of communication and speech skills development. Communication technologies in the process of forming communicative competence will contribute to the successful implementation of correctional work, if necessary, an individual or adapted educational program for students with disabilities. During the conduction of the study, the authors used the following types of methods: analysis, synthesis, modelling, observation, survey-statistical method analysis of the data allowed to differentiate levels of communication and speech skills development. The authors revealed the most effective forms and methods of work at the literature levels. The scientific-methodical and practical aspects of the application of communication technologies for the development of school students with disabilities' speech activities were generalized. In modern education, it has been substantiated that communication technologies are used as a means of communication skills formation and as a means of activation of the students' cognitive work. Based on the theoretical analysis of the investigated problem and the experimental work results, the authors have formulated the generalizing positions. It was concluded that the solution to the investigation of the school students with disabilities' speech activities development problem is possible at smart scientific and methodological use of communication technologies.

Methods of Teaching Dialogic Speech to Students in Uzbek Schools2022 •
This article deals with the methods of teaching dialogic speech to pupils of Uzbek schools. It is emphasized that the situations created by the teacher in the classroom are organized as an interweaving of role expectations and informal personal manifestations. The student, depending on the type of his personality, on the degree of proficiency in the language being studied, on the specific role in this situation, can “express himself” or “hide behind his social role”.

#Development of the Speech Competence to Technical University Students in Teaching Foreign Languages2020 •
The article considers the content-structural essence of the speech competence of the individual and its significance. Special attention is focused on the necessity to comprehensively study and model the process of forming the competence studied in the article, because the degree of mastering the speech competence reflects the professional and personal level of development of the specialist, and the competence itself occupies a special place among the components of linguistic education. The phenomenality of the speech competence is emphasized: it is the result of the educational process, on the one hand, and the most important means of education, on the other. Various approaches to the definition of concepts are analyzed: "speech competence", "language personality", "speech activity"; the complexity of their natural affinity are proved. The speech competence characterizes the level of development of a language personality, it is the result of mastering of the speech activity by a person, initiates it and at the same time improves it in the process of this activity, because it is the basis of communication and evolves in the process of communication.
This work is about problems teaching speaking skills and thier solutions. And analysis some material which is used in Uzbekistan for 7-8 grades pupils

The Efficiency of Teaching Listening and Speaking Skills to Develop Students' Communicative CompetencesTh is research aims at d iscovering the teaching method, by which students' commun icative competencies can be developed. The detailed objectives of the study are: designing a co mmunicative method for teaching listening and speaking at Syekh Nurjati Islamic state university-Cirebon-. In addition, the research also endeavors to determine methods of application, its constituents, obstacles, range of effectiv ity, advantages and disadvantages. To achieve such objectives, the researcher used the mixed methods on the concurrent embedded design, which co mbines quantitative and qualitative research. The research is founded on three basic theories , among wh ich are: teaching motor performance, teaching skills and language as a means of communication. The findings revealed that designing the commun icative teaching method correlates with the interactive-constructive approach. In applying the method, several teaching techniques, such as: dialogue, information exchange, role play, lecturing, debating, and d iscussion, were used. The pillars of this teaching method are: using a book based on the communicative approach and creating a positive impression in the students with regard to teaching. Among the obstacles are: introversion of some students: enabling commun icative teaching of developing students' communicat ive competence in the skill of listening and speaking in order to perfect comprehensive competence by securing extra time.

The purpose of this study is to investigate students’ ability in speaking before and after using Communicative Language Teaching in learning English. The method in this research was experimental quantitative method by using quasi experimental design with one group pretest-posttest model. The design only see students’ achievement in speaking before and after using Communicative language Teaching. The object of the research was English Department students. They were randomly selected. The technique of collecting the data was done through observation and the data were gotten from the students when they did oral communication. The instrument in this research was oral test. The data were analyzed by using Lilliefors test, testing homogeneity F, and testing hypothesis by using T-test.
