The Armoury Crate works great now that it got fixed and upgraded. It shows the temps really well.
UPDATE: Cooler went bad. CPU temps suddenly jump 25C for no reason at all then idles in the 60 C to 70C range instead of 35C to 41C. ASUS says it is air bubbles or blockage and gave me an RMA. Now I am out of using my comp for a month and have to pay shipping and then to have it reinstalled. I will probably buy a new one in white because you cannot buy replacement fans and I cannot do without my computer for a month.
Beware of bad fan issues. One of the fans on my cooler stopped lighting up and working from a loose rgb wire connection. I had to research a new fan before I fixed it. No working fans per specs of 80 cfm are available for sale on amazon and ASUS does not sell replacement fans. 63 cfm was the best 120mm rgb fan I could find on amazon.
If your fan goes bad you just have to buy a new one and the reviews say they go bad. The bad reviews also show that many of the cooler fans went bad or did not display the rgb colors on the color.
It was easy to install and only takes a few minutues. Works right out the box with the Aura software and keeps the cpu cool.
My only advice is not to over screw anything as I did break off a screw on the back side that holds the radiator onto the case. This basically means don’t over screw as the unit is fine but the screw head came off.
In comparison to the NZXT 1 fan, that tubing port used onto my video card or pressed onto the glass so much that it almost wouldn’t close.
This fan seems to have more flexible cables and tubes which work better in my case. Also it looks great to have all ROG STRIX ASUS parts.

1) this is a very clean looking and high functioning 360 mm io.
2) keeps my i9 9900k 5-10 c cooler than my old 240 mm cooler master.
3) it is pricey. There are other options that would fit my needs and be cheaper, but as you can see I went with an asus tuff gaming tower ,white and wanted to match my cooler.
4) while the boxing and quality of pretty much everything is what you would expect from asus , top notch, I was very disappointed to see the fins of the radiator folded in in several spots and pretty bad in a couple. I am an HVAC tech and was not afraid to go ahead and take a controls screw driver and bend them back straight. It is crucial for any radiator to have good flow through its fins and a brand new radiator should be perfect. So yea I was a little hurt after spending that much on a top notch flashy set up to see bent fins. But I got it straight and fully functional.
5)I don’t notice any increase in fan noise over my cooler master unless it really ramps the fans up. But even under load playing warzone I don’t exceed 50-60c at fans running 60-70% with the i9 over clocking close to 5.2 mghz
6) the rgb header for the fans is 3 pin beware. I use an asus z390-a mobo and while it’s perfect for my needs it only has 2 4 pin headers. I had to get an adapter, which was fine it allowed me to use my led backlights on my monitors off ICUE which I use to run my ram rgb’s so all the case fans and back lights run on the same address .... so that could be better but it’s nice being able to control them all on one piece of software.
7) the io pump rgb cannot be controlled the way I have my setup. It is a static color using icue for some reason. If I use aura sync I can change it but I prefer using one piece of software. Maybe this will change in a future software update , the pump rgb also plugs into a usb slot on your mobo.

My ASUS Maximus Hero XII board auto overclocks the CPU by 45%, and this definitely covered my worry.
Idle CPU temps run around 32C-35C, and running Unigines Heaven Benchmark tool with extreme settings, managed to get the temp up to around 80C-83C. When checking CPU Temp under load, like with a few different games, the average CPU Temp is around 60C - 70C depending on the game. The only thing I wish this AIO Cooler had was the mini screen that you can have show the CPU Temp, Voltage, etc. Asus does have an AIO 360 product that does that, but they were out of stock all over when I bought this one. I think it costs a bit more as well.
Overall I think this ASUS ROG Strix LC 360 AIO Cooler works great. Fans are pretty quiet too. I would definitely purchase it again.

This cooler was bought as I plan on using this is a very compact case that can only support 120mm AIOs and needed to see as a proof of concept that it would work and I didnt want to drop $500 on a custom waterloop until I knew. This is a great success so far besides the noise and cooling could be even better once I have a proper waterblock.
Gaming and general 3d workload sits between 60-70 Celsius with the fan at 100% speed which is loud. I dont need to have the fan that loud but there is no way to know the coolent tempurature so I am being safe.
All in all this was a good buy even if its temporary.
5/5 Install, easy using the TR4 bracket that came with the processor itself.
3/5 value, 120mm AIOs are cheaper than this usually but this is the only one that would fit in my case that I can find and comes with a powerful fan that I would need anyway.
5/5 for noise, 100% fan speed it is loud but expected and neccesary to push so much air to keep temps in check and with no way of knowing coolent temp has to be run this loud for saftey.
Installing it literally took 10 minutes. Installing it in a giant Cooler master cosmos c700p was a breeze as I didn't have and clearance or space issues. Make sure u can accommodate a 360mm rad.
Temperature so far seems really good, my cpu is not overclocked but it sits around 35 degrees idle and hasn't gone over 68 degrees under load. I did some benchmarks with cinebench before setting a custom fan curve which did push Temps to the mid 70's while staying very quiet. Using MSI afterburner and a custom fan curve it stays below 70 although is obviously more noticeable noise wise.
You can push the fans to harrier jet noise levels if you really want to keep your cpu cool but anyone in the surrounding area will not like you very much lol. All in all I think it's maintains perfectly acceptable noise levels under normal use. Even a 12 hour warzone session did not make this cooler skip a beat.
If you're into AIO coolers and like the Strix brand you will not be disappointed. It's a bit pricey but I 100% would recommend. One last comment, I have mine installed in the top position, with the fans set to vent out the top of the case. My GPU rad is intaking air from the front of my case. Not thermally ideal but working really well so far considering I'm drawing warm air into the case.
