I was loving these so much and then I noticed they had lost 6 of the cutting blade teeth. I have never dropped these within the week of having them. Very disappointed it seems like the blade is made of a cheap quality. I have no clue how a cutting blade could lose 6 teeth like this. Very disappointed.

They will last 4 hours. This comes with the FF2020C Standard Taper Blade, but if you want a closer shave, I suggest looking into the FF2020C Fade Precision Blade.

The charger is also nice to have. It is a beefy clipper with some weight, so having a stand for charging is very convenient.

 JRL make the best, smoothest, most quiet, clippers in the game. I have used the best of the best, Babyliss, cocco, stylecraft, andis, wahl, gamma, and nothing is as good. The battery life on these is 4 hours and on the onyx is 5 which is must longer then the other brands. They fade better, the design is great, and the screen is an amazing feature. Just a top tier clipper that will elevate your cuts.

I have been barbering for 36 years and a shop owner. I bought the JRL trimmer and clippers. I really love them. They are light weight and quiet and the blade never got hot. Suddenly the clippers would not hold a charge. So I thought it was the charger. When I went to the JRl web site they were out of stock. So I thought everyone had this issue because it was out of stock. So I liked the clipper so much I ordered another one for a back up and it would come with a charger. Problem solved right, wrong! Soon neither clipped or trimmer would keep a charge. Even if I left them plugged into the charger while I used them. I'm so frustrated because I have spent all this money and they are all under warranty but because it's been over thirty days I can not get a refund. And Amazon makes it so hard to do a return!! I wouldn't even give them one star.

 Definitely the most quiet and smooth clippers. The LED display is perfect and idk why other clippers cant be advamced enough to show you time remaining kn battery like the JRLs do. i bought mine from prostylingtools.com on sale for $130 if you wanna get the best deal, but $180 for these is still a good buy. Really good for scared kids in the chair or older clients

**BEWARE OF SELLER**
Amazon is having to step in for a refund
Seller sent a defective and or used item that doesn’t work.

I opened the clipper, charged them completely, oiledthem and turned them on and the blade flew off the clipper along with the cutting blade. I turned it off to try and find them and the clipper wouldn’t ever turn back on. No matter what you did, fully charged, brand new and only turned on one time.
I’ve since seen other reviews similar from seller.
