Very pleased with this tablet. The boot up is fast and the tablet responsive. My Feonal has good, crisp screen resolution, and is extremely easy on the eyes. The screen colors are bright, accurate, the unit is lightweight, easy to use. The sound quality is surprisingly good and clear for a tablet. And the battery life is pretty good, better than average I would say.

The biggest surprise, other than the price of course, was Feonal‘s Customer Service and after the sale service and follow-up. We know not every product is perfect, but it is how the company responds that makes a satisfied customer. After 5 months of constant use, I got one of those “hiccups” that can come along. The touch screen was not as responsive as I thought it should be. I contacted Feonal and Relina was all over the problem. The communication and her follow-ups were great. No waiting 2-3 days for a response like many CS departments. The problem was solved in a speedy manner and thus, a happy customer.

Based upon my experience with the Feonal CS staff and the product quality, I would buy their products again and recommend them to my friends. I’ll update the review after I get a few more miles on the tablet.

This is a great tablet for doing stuff online. The problem I had with it is that the Wi-Fi IS NOT 5G it's 2.4G I spent a good 2 or 3 days figuring that one out. Maybe I missed that when I was reading about it. It's still pretty fast. The screen is nice, It's pretty responsive, and The battery life is pretty good I can watch 2 football games before it needs to be charged.

I bought my 1st Feonal tablet in August, 2021 (Amazon order #xxx-xxxxxx-6412256 ). I got used to the Google Assistant popping up at inopportune times, but that sensor on the face is really, REALLY annoying. One day I thought to see if my T-Mobile SIM card would let me text, call, and use the internet while not near the wi-fi, and it did. Sweet! The tablet pretty much did everything I wanted it to. Then one day, I dropped it while it was plugged in, charging. Of course this happened after the end of the warranty period.
Honestly, at under $150.00, I didn't think I could get it repaired for much less than that, so I didn't even bother to have a etch pro look at it.

I have since switched Mobile Carriers from T-Mobile to Mint Mobile, and have saved up enough to get a new tablet.
October 9th, 2022 I ordered my new tablet (Amazon order # xxx-xxxxxxx-7108208 ). During the initial set-up, I was prompted to “connect to the mobile network,” by “insert[ing]SIM card now.” Nothing happened.

Mint Mobile publishes the device requirements to use their SIM card: “You should ensure the [device] you're buying includes 4G LTE with VoLTE or 5G. A device with bands 2, 4, 12, and 71 is best.”

The description of the tablet on Amazon indicates “SIM card network supports...4G: LTE band 2/4/5/7/12/17,” so I figured I should be good to go.

I tried several different things, including powering on and off, and switching SIM slots. Nothing worked, so I contacted Amazon technical support. The person I chatted with on the phone merely asked me to check if the SIM card slots were loose. I advised I needed a tool to extract the SIM card adapter, so it certainly wasn't loose. Finally I was offered a refund or replacement.

I chose replacement.

Amazon order # xxx-xxxxxxx-5937857 arrived super fast, the very next day (Bravo Amazon fulfillment).

Alas, I must report I have the exact same trouble with the tablet “not seeing” the SIM card. Once again, I contacted Amazon's tech support. This time, the tech was much more responsive, but was unable to help. He did, however “escalate” the event to a senior tech who, sadly, was also not able to help me.

Now I have to go to Kohls to return them, and I'm still out a tablet.

I am extremely dissatisfied!

Overall, great tablet. So far, I am very pleased with my choice and purchase of this wonderful tablet. It's sleek design, all the storage I'll ever need for my games, and best of all SD access! It is easy on my eyes, and has taken away the burden of having to hold my phone while playing my games. The dual speakers are definitely an added bonus for my love of music...they are awesome with my media player. Once I read the specs, I knew it was the best choice for me, and at a price that most others with higher prices can't compare. I highly recommend this product and the seller. It's everything I was looking for in a tablet. Worth every penny, and seller gave a generous discount. God willing, I will buy again 😇
Udate, while most of my initial review (above) is true, I thought it was a great tablet😏😢. Sadly, I've given this tablet undue praise way too soon. In less than 5 days I've come across number of problems with my Konko K116 tablet that cannot be ignored. Somehow, "settings info" keeps closing when I try to view app info which leaves me unable to remove from sd, view info, clear, or uninstall app cache/data. Secondly, newly installed movable apps are automatically sent to my sd card without giving me the option to do so or not considering some have widgets that are not listed with other Android widgets making them unavailable for use. When I pull up my pics, pins, and gifs for FB posts they're all blurred. I'm also unable to manually add app icons to any of my launcher pages, whether it be the pre-installed version or downloaded. The majority of launchers in the Playstore don't work on this tablet...I only found one, but even so is still not fully functional. I really like this tablet, but these issues are very troublesome...leaving me feeling lied to and very disappointed. Due to lack of response from Feonal support--after sending several messages concerning these issues, I'm sending it back for a refund. I hope others have a better experience than I did😇

Uno dei migliori tablet che abbiamo mai preso sia per le prestazioni elevate che per il suo design davvero spettacolare. Lo sto usando tantissimo e ci ho messo sopra un sacco di roba ma le prestazioni rimangono molto elevate. Da quando lo tengo non si è mai bloccato e mi trovo davvero benissimo. Lo schermo ha le dimensioni giuste sia per lavorare che per vedere film o giocare. L'audio è davvero ottimo, così come le fotocamere sia posteriore che anteriore infatti posso fare le video call senza problemi. La memoria ed il processore sono il suo punto forte. La batteria dura davvero tanto. Qualità prezzo secondo me non ha paragoni visto che anche il materiale è ottimo. Sono molto contento dell'acquisto, non conoscevo questa marca ma sono veramente soddisfatto.
