It took three treatments, but two smallish skin tags are not gone. I think one skin tags was maybe 1 mm diameter at the base and the other was maybe 1.5 mm. Note it is not pain free and you may want to put a bandage on the skin tag as it gets ready to fall off. If they are in a spot where they get rubbed a lot, it can be uncomfortable. The whole process took five weeks.

Honestly, the little plastic tweezers it came with makes it really hard and painful to use this product if you need to apply it somewhere that's difficult to reach. It might be easier if you have somebody to help you. I'm not sure why the tweezers are pointy, as it requires more precision to hold your skin tag away from the body to expose the root. After 10 minutes of fumbling around, I basically gave up trying to capture the tag with tweezers and just put the freezing stuff around what I thought was the stem. Nothing happened after 2 weeks, presumably because I couldn't grip the small skin tag with tweezers. Maybe if it was a bigger skin tag or in an easier to reach location.

I was using the Wart Remover freeze off - which is essentially the same thing as this, but found this product that is 'specifically for' the skin tags. They both seem to work the same to me, but the key word is, they WORK. I had several skin tags around my neck and a few in my armpits, they are gone after 1 treatment - yes they turn ugly and purplish/black for a week, but then they are GONE. None of mine have returned after over a year now. My husband has some persistent ones that keep re-emerging after periods of dormancy, but we just keep using this product and off they fall. So much better than spending weeks upon weeks smelling like Tea-Tree Oil that doesn't really do the trick anyways. Just make sure you are taking off skin tags and not something your should have a professional look at!

I had a noticeable skin tag on my chest that could be seen with any shirt I wore and that was the first to go! It does remove the tag which I was happy with. You do have to be careful not to touch skin around the skin tag it will affect the skin. Skin tags I had did fall off at the end I was happy with the product hated the skin tags. Now I’m skin tag free which makes me happy

Recently I had some skin tags removed by my doctor. After finding a few more, I decided to give this product a try. It is very easy to use but in the end not very effective for me. It was never able tto remove the skin tag. I came to the conclusion that the medicine is just too mild - and hence relatively ineffective. When the doctor did it, the area STUNG when he applied the liquid. When I did it using this product, I got a very mild sting. I concluded this item has been effectively "watered down" for consumer use. Hence, uts effectiveness was reduced. But it must work for some folks in some situations. just not for me.
