I picked up this book because I am really working towards having a better lifestyle. Not only in the external environment but the internal as well. Rudi Zimmerman is a man who has faced life threatening diseases and has been winning the battle because of how he takes care of himself. In this book you will learn so much. Not only how to meditate- which has helped me in so many ways, but how to purge negative suppressed feelings. You don't realize how much these feelings affect you but they really do in many ways. By eliminating these feelings you will be happier, and you won't get ill as much.

Zimmerers theory is that suppressed negative emotion cause disease. And while at first it seems like a stretch reading through his work has me a believer. Also by purging this negative feelings you will allow yourself to get closer to God- which is something I am always trying to do.

Learn to Relax with Meditation by Rudi Zimmermen is fantastic and I believe essential to anyone who cares about their health. I definitely reccomend it. This book will help you live a better life like it did for me!

I have been going through a bit of a rough patch over the past couple of years, with family members passing away and me myself being diagnosed with diabetes. I found it hard to sleep at night and would simply lay on my bed for literally hours just thinking about things that has happened, which then obviously lead to sleep deprivation and made me a pretty grumpy person to be around.

My brother suggested that I meditate but I didn't have a clue where to start, and honestly didn't think it would help since I never understood it. However after reading this book and actually meditating I can see why so many people do it, it really does help - it's hard to explain but afterwards you feel more at peace.

I wouldn't be without my morning meditation now!

Learn To Relax With Meditation by Rudi Zimmerer has given me a new stance on life. With the New Year, many of us need a way to uplift our lives and different ways in which we can release all the negative energy of past. After reading this book, I learnt how to clear my mind of all negative thoughts and allow myself to accept all the positive things, to enter my life and make a positive impact. It left my mind and body feeling lifted and clear. I can focus on the things and people around me, listen to what is being said and just how to absorb all the beautiful things that envelop my life. This book is an inspiration to all.
