Due to the strong adhesion of our tape, it can last for 3-5 days, but as you know, the longer you use it, the greater the possibility of glue residue on the skin, so our recommended application lengths are as follows:

1. Exercise: 24 hours

2. Pregnant belly support: 12 hours. If your skin is sensitive and fragile, we recommend about 6 hours.

TIPS: Due to the strong adhesive properties of this product to hold and support, it is not recommended if you have very fragile or sensitive skin.

Great durability BUT hard to take off
Tape is pre cut and easy to apply. Lasted all 8 hrs of my work shift but when I got home it was so hard to take off. It hurt to peel off and it was so sticky I had to use goo gone. Left so much adhesive behind it was hard to get it off my skin.

I really like this product and wanted to try it instead of using a traditional belly band. It felt very strange at first but I love the level of support that it provides and how it is consistent. This is definitely not baby bump friendly. The adhesive is so sticky that it pulls your skin way too aggressively when taking it off. I’ve never gotten stretch marks with 5 pregnancies and when I pulled this off it stretched my skin *only where the tape was* and now have scar looking stretch marks in the places where the tape was.

I got this in hopes it would help lift my third trimester belly... Well it did. Everything was going swell. Approximately 8 hrs later I started having burning sensations in different spots on my belly under the tape. So I removed it.... Let me tell you that was the WORST pain. Not only did it take 30 minutes to work every piece of slowly, it hurt the whole time doing it. I used oil, so much oil, to try and loosen it. When that wouldn't complete the removal I decided to soak it in the bath. Finally got it off. It has now left red blisters and marks in different spots on my belly and is constantly burning in those areas!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Tried using several times to support my pregnant belly as I loved K-tape for my last pregnancy. But this tape does not work well for me.
