I put "decent" because they serve the purpose well and are pretty well made. The inserts are thick enough and the tops of them where you put the letters are metal so they don't wear any. I like that you can write in your own labels because we use the A-Z format, but we divide our M patients with Mc and M, and then we use one card for X,Y,Z. If you buy the inserts that already have the letters printed on them, you can't really change it. If you want it to look more professional, I would go with the printed ones. I can see that they will last a while without getting worn.
