I bought three boxes from the site. They tasted scorched and burnt. I’m throwing them away because there are no refunds or returns. However, I bought the same ones on Amazon Marketplace with AMAZING results ALWAYS! Yummy! I eat at least one a day. I know when something needs quality control due to being left baking too long. It was like eating burnt cookies. That said, beware of the price and can it be replaced. If it’s under 8 dollars, question the warranty. They are worth the research. The experience has not deterred me from eating my tasty treats. Please give them a try. (They were burnt only one time- three large boxes). Dark brown with darker sides. I tried to exchange them but site said no. For those reasons, I give the biscuits an A- because of one person’s negligence.
