My choice of painting with mainly blacks and whites is an influence of my upbringing and cultural diversity. With a a Jamaican father and Scottish mother, my childhood in the 80’s was defined in black and white.
Growing up, I always found myself admiring the work of Andy Warhol who has an obvious influence on my work.
Now a father of three and holding down a full time job, painting is a now hobby and a much desired escape. Each piece is heart felt and a labour of love.
