For those that want the looks of the top-of-the-line M235i Convertible but don’t want to pay the price, BMW is now offering the M Sport Package.

The package can be fitted to the BMW 228i Convertible and includes a full body kit with large air intakes in the front bumper, new side sills, a rear diffuser, high-gloss chrome exhaust tips and 17-inch light alloy wheels. Upgraded suspension is also part of the package, though it misses out on the wheel, tire, steering and brake upgrades that come with the M235i.

On the interior, the package adds a hexagonal pattern to the seat trim, Estoril Blue stitching, M Sport badging and an ambient lighting package.

On top of the M Sport package, buyer can also fit the 228i Convertible with the track handling package, which equips the car with adaptive M suspension, Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires on unique 18-inch light-alloy wheels, variable sport steering and M Sport Brakes.
