We are HOMEFUL, a Portuguese short-term management service team offering an exclusive service including an in-person welcome. We are here for you every step of your journey, from booking the flat to ensuring you have a great stay. Please get in contact for any questions regarding your reservation, we are happy to help! - IDs from all guests (children incl) will be collected on the check-in day for submission to the authorities as required by local laws. - Guests will be charged 40euros for lost keys or lockouts. - Cleaning matters will only be taken into account within the first 24 hours. - You are legally required to pay the city tax amount of 2euros per night and per guests over 13 years old as part of the Portuguese regulation. The fee applies only for the first 7 nights and payment will be collected in cash at the time of check-in. We are always available for any questions.

The house has around 55sqm with wood floor, free WIFI in all areas, cable TV, large living room with 1 sofa bed (accommodates 2 people), complete kitchen with all appliances, bathroom with shower cabin, bedroom with a big closet and a very comfortable queen size bed (accommodates 2 people) and a small exterior area (around 4sqm) so that you can have your breakfast or dinner in the exterior. And because we want our guests to have an amazing and safe stay, we installed an air purifier device with HEPA filters to ensure a clean air in the apartment. You will love it ! Have a great stay and enjoy Lisbon :)

Neighborhood info

Lisbon7apt is a very charming apartment in Graça, one of the most charismatic neighborhoods of Lisbon. From our apartment some of the monuments are a few minutes walking distance such as São Vicente de Fora monastery, National Pantheon, São Jorge Castle, Graça Church and the famous Flea Market. The apartment has been renovated and it's very cozy, with a comfortable atmosphere, situated in a quiet street but near the main attractions. You will love it !
