Before initial use, pump several times until a fine spray comes out. For further applications, the nasal spray is ready for immediate use. Shake the nasal spray before use. Spray diagonally into the nasal cavity with the nozzle pointing toward the ear. It is important that the spray remains in the nasal cavity, not inhaled or swallowed. Immediately after spraying, a slight burning sensation may occur, which disappears after approximately two minutes. Depending on the need, adults use the spray up to 10 times a day.
