The Suzuki Jimny is quite popular among tuners, with a wide selection of aftermarket bodykits for the little off-roader. In an effort to capitalize on that trend, Suzuki Brazil is offering a factory-spec version of the Jimny with a sporty and luxurious flair which is called 4Style.

The Suzuki Jimny 4Style has been a member of the Brazilian lineup since May 2023, proposing a fancier alternative to more traditional off-road-focused trims like the 4Sport and 4Expedition. Unlike those, it targets buyers who want their Jimny to turn heads looking like a baby Mercedes G-Class.

The body-colored bumpers, fenders, side sills, and custom grille of the Jimny 4Style distinguish it from its siblings, trading the utilitarian looks for something more premium and sporty. The same applies to the black roof with an integrated spoiler, the special cover for the spare tire at the back, and the bumper-mounted LED taillights with new graphics.

Furthermore, the ladder-frame-based SUV rides on a new set of 16-inch alloy wheels with an exclusive five-spoke design finished in black. The tires are also different from other trims, with the local arm of Suzuki opting for a more road-friendly rubber measuring 215/70R16, although the suspension and the ground clearance remain unchanged.

Inside the cabin, there is a premium-looking fabric and leather upholstery with red accents and white stitching, alongside special floor mats and LED interior lights. Standard equipment includes auto climate control and a JBL infotainment but don’t expect any ADAS.

Despite the fancy looks, there are no mechanical changes compared to the other Jimny grades. This means that the 4Style is powered by the same naturally aspirated 1.5-liter four-cylinder petrol producing 107 hp (79 kW / 108 PS) and 138 Nm (102 lb-ft) of torque, as in all Brazilian-spec models. Power is transmitted to all four wheels exclusively through a four-speed torque converter automatic, with the manual gearbox being reserved for the base-spec model.

The Suzuki Jimny 4Style is priced at R$203,990 ($40,274), which makes it significantly more expensive than the cheapest Jimny 4You which costs R$162,990 ($32,179) in Brazil. Despite the spicy price tag, Suzuki obviously believes there is an audience for this kind of special edition as there are many Jimny buyers spending a lot of money on similar aftermarket mods.

Of course, traditional Suzuki buyers will likely opt for something more rugged, like the Jimny 4Expedition flagship, which comes with mud-terrain tires, a suspension lift kit, rock sliders, a roof rack, and a snorkel.
