Return Policy - Digital Homie Clothing

1. Returns Eligibility:
a. We accept returns for items that are not in good condition upon receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, with all tags and labels intact.
b. To initiate a return, you must provide us with an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the item, including any defects or damage. The unboxing video will help us assess the condition of the item and process your return request.
2. Refunds and Exchanges:
a. We do not offer refunds for returned items. However, we are happy to exchange the item for another product of equal or lesser value.
b. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
3. Return Notification:

b. Your return request should include the order number, item name, and a brief description of the issue or reason for the return.
4. Return Process:
a. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
b. Please package the item securely and include all original packaging, tags, and labels.
c. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
5. Inspection and Processing:
a. Upon receiving the returned item and unboxing video, we will inspect the item to verify its condition.
b. If the item is deemed to be in the same condition as when received and meets our return criteria, we will process the exchange for the replacement item.
6. Exceptions:
a. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after receipt.
b. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
