Frasers to buy Leeds outlet centre

Frasers Group founder Mike Ashley has allegedly offered up to £50m to acquire outlet shopping centre Junction 32, which is located just outside of the UK city of Leeds, The Times reports.

Junction 32 is based in Castleford, off the M62 motorway, and includes 85 retail units.

Junction 32's outlet fashion offering includes brands Adidas, Ann Summers, Barbour and Jack Wills.

In March, Frasers Group completed the acquisitions of The Mall shopping centre in Luton for £58m, as well as Overgate shopping centre in Dundee, Scotland for an undisclosed sum.
