    Have used since taking martial arts in the early 70's and this red one works well with a great smell like cinnamon as compared to the white one. This was a larger size than my previous jar with a great price and free shipping

    No Tiger in this Bomb

    This stuff is not what I thought it to be. Bought last jar from Walgrens . Much better, stronger. This batch seems to be cut in half for strength. I'll go back to Walgrens for twice the price.

    Tiger Balm is simply the best!!

    I've been using Tiger Balm for years and since I walk a lot at work, Martial Arts training and gym workout, I go with Tiger Balm. It works effectively after a nice hot shower. Rub the cream in the affected area at least 2-3 times a day. I recommend for sports athletes, Martial Arts practitioners and for everyone for that matter!!!

    Great pain rellf

    Tiger balm is the best product I have found to relieve muscle soreness and pain. I use it on my knees, elbows, and my shoulder. I bought extra and gave it to some elderly ladies I take care of. They love it..
