When I got the shampoo I noticed it smelled different and the look of it was completely different. I've been using only this shampoo for 10 years and this is the only bottle that smells completely different. I think it might actually be handsoap because it has a pearly appearance. I contacted seller and got no response. I waited a week and sent another message and again no reply. Not sure what the explanation could be but it's definately not Kerastarse ..I suspect its handsoap. BEWARE.
