Integrate our Diaspora

The effective integration of the Diaspora is an essential workhorse of En Avant. This integration of our diaspora is firstly justified by its substantial contribution to the national economy (2.5 billion dollars each year). But, there are so many other factors that justify a merciless fight for the effective integration of Haitians living abroad. For the integration of the diaspora to no longer be an empty word, Haitian decision-makers must finally accept the right of our expatriate compatriots to vote abroad. This fight will be our mainstay in the months and years to come, particularly in the context of the adoption of a new electoral law. This great promise to our diaspora is one that we intend to respect against all odds. The party will fight to ensure that this fundamental right of our diaspora is no longer violated.
