NOTE ABOUT LISTING PHOTOS & LAWN STAKES:

The stakes we are supplied with, and send to you, are typical in that they are 30 inches tall. (occasionally we get shorter stakes at 17 inches tall.)

Looking through our listing photos... regarding the photos of the signs in my front yard, with the grass... my wife altered the yard stakes to achieve the affect of making it look like the sign is coming right out of the ground, like a tombstone. What she did was simply to just cut the metal yard stake in half, making it shorter, so the sign is touching the grass (usually people have their yard signs at least a few inches off the grass, sometimes over a foot).

Alternatively- if you wish to go for the same effect we did- you can dig a bit of dirt out to allow the entire metal h-stake to be buried/ again making it look like the tombstone is touching the ground.

That being said- this is just an experiment on our part. I haven't had a chance to study the long term effects and how sturdy the sign & stakes will be over time.
