You are welcome to enjoy your Swirl outside. However, in order to work it needs to be placed on a flat and dry surface. Never leave it outside and unattended.

There's no limit to swirling time!
One of the many reasons we love The Swirl is its calming and mesmerizing effect on the energy of the room it's in.
We recommend not to leave it on for too long not plugged into an electrical source, to preserve battery life (up to 6 hours of swirling on battery)

The rechargeable battery inside the base is designed to last up to 6 hours. We recommend keeping it consistently charged to preserve battery life. We recommend charging and depleting the battery 4-5 full cycles immediately after your purchase. Make sure that you recharge the battery for a full cycle each time. A white light at the base will indicate a full charge.

For optimal results, we recommend aerating your water for a minimum of 10 minutes a day. Afterwards, feel free to store your swirled water in our 1.5L container and enjoy the freshest water throughout your day.

The carafe is waterproof and dishwasher safe. If you see remnants of scale after regular hand/dishwasher use, don't fret! Add one teaspoon of Citric Acid to the carafe and fill with warm water. Place on Mayu swirl base and let it spin until you see no trace of scale on the carafe walls. Empty the carafe and wash.
To clean the impeller from stains, add one cup of water and one spoon of bleach. Let it rest during the night, then flush away the bleach and wash well with water and soap.

The Mayu Swirl aerates water, causing some dissolved gases or volatile compounds to release from the water which improves taste and odor. The swirling motion is induced by a magnetic aerator that creates a perfect oxygen vortex. Always remove the lid before swirling so that oxygen can be drawn into the water in the carafe.
