For ART PRINTS, I accept returns, but I do not accept exchanges. I accept order cancellations within 24h after placing it.

*If you want to return a print:
-Buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery.
-Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
-I will refund once the print arrives at the return address.

*If a print arrives damaged during shipping I can replace it at no extra cost, but I need some photos of the damaged product and its package. Contact me!

Yes, you can contact me and I can make a custom product for you :) We can talk about whether the size or personalization you want is possible or not.

And of course I’m open to commissioned artworks! Would love to read your ideas and guide you through the creative process!

I’m also open to customization of my designs (colors, themes…).

- Rest of the world: 2-30 business days.

- North America (US and Canada): 2-5 business days.
- UK, European Union and rest of Europe: 2-4 business days.

All my packages are trackable, and my carriers are:


➢ For prints:

- For prints shipped from the US, I use UPS or USPS.

- For prints shipped from UK and Germany, I use Royal Mail and Deutsche Post.

➢ For my originals, all shipped from Spain, I usually work with DHL Express, FedEx or UPS (*for Spanish customers, I use Correos or MRW).

➢Prints:

It is unlikely, because I have 3 printing partners, so I order my prints in the one that best suits customers’ location, avoiding fees:

-Printer based in the United States for US and Canada customers.
-Printer with 2 locations, in the United Kingdom and Germany, for UK and European Union customers (respectively), and for the rest of the world.
-Printer in Australia for AU customers.

➢Originals:

I ship my original paintings from Spain. It is improbable, but there may be small duties applied if you purchase it from outside EU.

▷I’m not responsible for fees: payment will be made by customer/importer. Me, as the seller/exporter, I write a commercial invoice and include Etsy's packing slip to avoid them much as possible.

My usual processing time is 1-3 business days, at most 5, for ‘ready-to-ship’ originals and prints.

* If you choose a made-to -order painting or commisioned design, processing time is much longer because I have to paint the artwork, let the paint dry... Time will depend on the size and complexity of the theme.

I'm aware of the importance of carefully protecting prints and artworks for a safe shipping process, so I make my best for it:

➢Prints:

- Small prints are shipped flat in a protected envelope.
- Large prints are shipped rolled in a cardboard tube, with protective plastic bags.

➢Originals: they are shipped in a sturdy cardboard box with double-layered cardboard sheets, bubble wrap and other protective materials (kraft paper...).

***Large Canvas Roll originals (>30x40’’) are shipped rolled in a tube.

* I try to be as eco-friendly as possible but also packaging with the appropriate materials for the fragility of a painting or a print.

Yes, they are. My original oil paintings include a gift frame (3 colors available) so they’re ready to hang. You can also dispense with the gift frame if desired.

➢Artworks smaller than 12x16 ’’ / 30x40 cm: they can be displayed on the WALL or on a TABLE or a similar place or furniture, thanks to a back board with a stand like a photo frame has (eg. desktop, shelf, cabinet, console, bedside table, windowsill, coffee table, showcase…). If you prefer to hang it on the wall, there’s a hanger installed too.

➢Artworks larger than 12x16 ’’ / 30x40 cm (incl.): they’re only for WALLS. The frame has the hangers already installed.

***EXCEPTION: Canvas Roll options (>30x40'') are NOT ready to hang (need stretching).

Not for the moment. You’ll need a frame for your print when you receive it (unless you prefer to display them just unrolled, like a poster).

As they're printed in standard dimensions in inches, A sizes and cm, finding a frame will be easy.

*Frames or mattings shown in pictures are NOT included for prints.
