Hanna, I am very sorry you feel this way. You ordered the custom file on November 23rd at noon and I had it to you by November 25th at 9:00am. My listing states it will take 2-3 business days, but my typical turnaround time is 1 day or less and I pride myself on this. With your order being on Thanksgiving day it took a bit longer since I was enjoying time with my family. I apologize once again. Thank you.
