Returns, exchanges and cancellations are accepted.

Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns and exchanges, buyers must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the goods and must be returned within 21 days.

Due to the nature of the work, custom orders can not be returned unless faulty or damaged upon receipt and we are notified within 12 hours. We do not give refunds for artwork generation once work has commenced. Custom work includes - non-standard colours, where a specific colour acrylic has been bought in for a custom job/Personalised items, where non-standard wording or logo's have been added.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping costs. Any custom charges due as a result of incorrect custom form completion is also payable by the buyer.

The condition of the product must be the same as it was when issued by our company. Any loss in value to the product if damaged is payable by the buyer.

All custom and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We use Royal Mail 1st class for UK orders. They aim to deliver 1st class (including signed for) by the next working day but this is not guaranteed. If delivery has not been made Royal Mail do not consider items as lost until 10 working days after the due date.

It's important that you provide the correct address for orders, as refunds will not be given if the details are incorrect.

We use Royal Mail for all international orders.

For Europe they aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days.

For the rest of the world they aim to deliver within 5 to 7 working days.

If a European delivery has not been made Royal Mail do not consider items as lost until 20 working days after the due date and for the rest of the world deliveries it's 25 working days after the due date.

Any delays due to customs is not the responsibility of Cog'O'Two.

Please notify us within 12 hours of receiving the item, providing pictures of the damaged item and packaging.

All orders are packaged with bubble wrap and where needed cardboard. We use as much recycled material as possible.

We can use most formats including Adobe Illustrator, .AI, Coral Draw, .CDR, CAD drawing files, .DXF, Vector graphic files, .SVG and some plotter files, .PLT.

Unpainted acrylic products are supplied with a protective paper on top and a plastic cover on the back. The paper on the top of the product protects the acrylic whilst being engraved and should be left on whilst painting, then removed once any paint is dry.

Painted products are supplied ready to use, a protective cover will be applied to stop any scratches in transit.

3mm acrylic is used for our products but there is a low tolerance with this material, meaning there can be a thickness difference of 0.3mm.
