I received this item wet and mildewed. When I contacted the seller I received only disbelief and hostility. I was told to wash it. I don’t know about anyone else but if I pay $79.00 for something I expect to receive it in perfect condition. I understand things can happen but rude customer service is not going to make things right.

I'm sorry that you saw hostility in my messages. I just offered you solutions to the problem. I'm sure you needed to contact the postal service. I can not be held responsible for poor transportation. The parcel rode in waterproof packaging. But this package is not designed for immersion in water. And it seemed to have been dropped into the water. Otherwise, how could it get so wet? I timely sent you a dry and quality carrier. And I sincerely regret that this happened.
