We photograph in full sunlight or under full spectrum bulbs, on a black or white (or sometimes both) background to give the most accurate color photo for each item. Final output of color on your monitor will vary by manufacturer. Color variations are expected.

If you're not happy with the color we will refund your purchase according to our refund rules.

Buyer is responsible for a restocking fee on all returns equal to the cost of shipping (if shipping was included in purchase price) and the cost of shipping materials.

All returns are shipped at the expense of the buyer, in original packing, shipped insured.

Even our best packing sometimes occasionally does not survive shipping. We generally pack box in box, but even then force majeur can occur. If your order is damaged you must save all packing material, broken items, and box.

Due to a change in USPS policy they will no longer honor a claim until they have all the packaging, and broken items. Since the buyer will need to go to the post office anyway, it would save months of waiting, denials, and appeals if the customer up front heads to the post office.

All insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer to handle, and the check will be directly sent to them.

Our shop specializes in vintage items, guaranteed to be over 20 years old. Purchasing any vintage item is an agreement that there is no two year warranty included in purchase. Each or our mechanical items is tested and working, and precluding shipping damage will be in exact condition described when you receive the item. We do not however comply with the EU two year guarantee of operation due to the nature of our items.
