Driving for Us

We are looking for Wisconsin and Minnesota-based full-time, part-time, or seasonal over-the-road company drivers.

Drivers can expect:

Assigned trucks: Newer model, well-maintained Peterbilts assigned to each driver

Technology: Samsung tablets for electronic paperwork submission, Samsara Driver ELD accounts, company Gmail & Google Drive accounts for communication, and FleetOne Fuel cards for each driver

Year-Round Work: The cows are always hungry! Agricultural liquid products are always in demand year round, but Spring & Fall work are the exceptionally busy times (great for summer vacations!)

Weekends at home: Drivers can expect to be home every weekend, only working weekends if they are interested during busy times

Regular routes: Loads to mills, farms, and plants include consistent customers throughout the Midwest

Tanker trailers: Polar tankers are used to deliver our agricultural liquid products; tanker endorsement required but NO HAZMAT REQUIRED

Competitive pay: W2 pay can either be percentage-based or hourly rate; starting pay based on experience and reviews based on personal performance, not company profits.
