Juno award-winning Amelia Curran is set to make a very welcome return to Ireland this October.
Newfoundland native Curran has amassed an impressive discography, which has earned numerous awards including a Juno, Canada’s equivalent of the Grammy’s, for Best Roots and Traditional Album’ and East Coast Music Award nominations, for ‘Folk Recording Of The Year’ and ‘Female Recording Of The Year’.
Her latest album, the Juno nominated, ‘Spectators’ raises the bar on her signature lyricism, and pushes beyond the folk boundaries that have defined her previous releases.
