Terms and Conditions

The “Grab-A-Kaki Lucky Draw Campaign” is organised by GrabTaxi Singapore (“Organiser”) and runs from 31 Jan 2022 to 27 Feb, 11:59pm (“contest period”).
The contest is a giveaway of the following prizes (“prizes”) to GrabCar Driver-partners who fulfill the contest requirements (“contest”)
1. Grand prize x 1 winner: Cash wallet prize $3,888
2. Second prize x 1 winner: Cash wallet prize $1,888
3. Third prize x 10 winners: Cash wallet prize $888
4. Fourth & Fifth prize x 2 winners: Cash wallet $188 each
5. Weekly Draw winners (4 weeks x 10 winners): $80 Starcash fuel voucher
Prizes are not transferable to a third party.
There are (2) categories of participants that may enter the contest:
1. GrabCar Driver-Partners who are activated on the Grab platform during the contest period (“new driver-partners”).
2. GrabCar Driver-Partners who were activated on the Grab platform prior to the contest period (“existing driver-partners”).
The requirements to gain an entry into contest are as follows. Within the contest period:
1. Every eight (8) successfully completed rides by new GrabCar driver-partners are automatically eligible for 1 entry into the contest. Example: 20 rides will earn 2 entries.
2. Completion of co-pilot session in campaign period by by new driver-partners are automatically eligible for 1 entry into the contest. Maximum of 1 entry can be earned by completion of co-pilot session.
3. Every one (1) successful referral of new driver-partners by existing driver-partners are automatically eligible for 1 entry into the contest. A referral is considered successful once new driver-partner activates and completes their first ride in campaign period.
Lucky Draw winners will be selected through the following method:
1. Entries will be drawn from the total pool of entries (“finalists”)
2. Winners for the respective prizes will be selected at random from the pool of entries
Top 5 prize Winners will be announced and contacted by 3 March 2021 where details on how to collect the prizes will be communicated. For weekly winners, the Winners will be announced on the first Thursday from the week ended.
For weekly winners: The winners will be announced on the next Thursday after the concluded week.
By participating in this contest, you consent to Grab announcing the name of the winners and/or releasing a photograph of the winner as the prize-winner in our winner’s announcement.
By participating in this contest, you have indicated that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Prizes given out under this contest or any component thereof may be subject to separate terms and conditions (such as, in the case of vouchers, the relevant terms and conditions governing such vouchers).
The prize may be forfeited to the next winner if the participant is unable to comply with these condition.
The prize may be forfeited if winners are not contactable by Grab representative by 3 March 2021 (and disposed of, or donated, all at Grab’s discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
The contest is open to GrabCar Driver-Partners in Singapore only. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest: All employees (both permanent and fixed term contract) of the Organiser and their immediate family members.
The Organiser / Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject qualifying participants deemed ineligible (be it under these Terms & Conditions or if the participant has engaged in conduct that the Organiser considers inappropriate or unacceptable).
Grab reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any point of time.
The Organiser may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include but are not limited to unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.
The decision by Grab is final and conclusive. No appeal will be entertained. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Challenge.
