It's official.... After 29 years, Dikita is set to relocate to the vibrant heart of Dallas. As of June 1st of 2024, the legacy of Dikita is “moving on up” to the 32nd floor of the Bank of America Plaza in Downtown Dallas! Reflecting on our journey from the 90s to present day, we look back at the jobs we’ve secured for hundreds of families, the privilege we’ve had to mentor other small-businesses, the ever-expanding professional partnerships, and the positive impact we will continue to have on the communities of Dallas- Ft. Worth and across the nation. This next step in our story symbolizes our steadfast growth and our commitment to “Bringing the community together for its greater good.” Join us in celebrating this moment with images of our CEO, Eve Williams, and Chairman of the Board, #LuciousWilliams before and now. We appreciate where we began, where we stand today, and envision the promising path that lies ahead. We're not crying.. you are.

🙏🏽🏁 Exciting News to Celebrate the Last Day of Black History Month! 🏁🙏🏽 As we bid farewell to Black History Month, I'm excited to celebrate Dikita's groundbreaking achievement! Yesterday, Dikita and the project team successfully advocated before the Dallas City Council to approve the $250M renovation of The Black Academy of Arts and Letters (TBAAL) – marking the city's most prominent program management project entrusted to an African American-owned firm. The unanimous approval on 2/28/24 is a testament to Dikita's legacy of excellence, led by founder Lucious Williams and continued by President & CEO Eve Williams. Lucious, a former Memphis Red Sox player and Korean War veteran, founded Dikita in 1979. Under Eve's leadership, we've thrived for over 40 years, providing top-notch services to public sector clients. The TBAAL renovation is a milestone in our journey, showcasing our commitment to excellence, community, and diversity. Here's to celebrating progress, honoring history, and embracing a bright future! The Black Academy of Arts and Letters (TBAAL) is a Dallas, Texas-based visual and performing arts organization dedicated to stimulating awareness of black artistic accomplishments and supporting young artists and scholars in African American arts and letters. Founded in 1977 by Curtis King, TBAAL hosts over one hundred performances annually, including the annual tribute to Martin Luther King, Jr. entitled Black Music and the Civil Rights Movement and a Summer Arts program engaging Dallas K-12 students in the theatrical arts. 🎉🙌🏽 Dikita Enterprises, Inc. #DikitaMilestone #TBAALRenovation #BlackHistoryMonth #LegacyContinues

It's a great day for Dikita and the Community.
I couldn't be more excited to contribute to the legacy of Dallas-own The Black Academy of Arts and Letters (TBAAL). Dikita Enterprises, Inc. was awarded the PM contract Wednesday to manage the renovation of this 66 year old facility. This is truly an historic moment in so many awesome legacy moments. Officially a 3-generation active family business, the youngest (Whitney Warren) will be intimately involved with the project. She is an alumni of TBAAL. How cool is that. On the heels of black history month, and as we enter into Women History Month, we applaud the City of Dallas for taking a bold step by approving not only our firm, but another legendary Black women-led firm. McKissack & McKissack of Washington, Inc. will serve as the project manager for The Dallas Memorial Arena, which is ajoined to TBAAL. Each firm is proud to have several local minority firms working on our teams, boasting 80% plus minority participation each. Thank you City Council, City Manager TC Broadnax and Mayor Johnson for unanimously voting to approve these two contracts and judging our teams by the content and success of our body of work. Special thanks to Mayor ProTem Tennell Akins and Deputy Major ProTem Carolyn King Arnold King Arnold for the kind words and special recognition and tribute to my dad, Lucious Williams.
