Plan, create, and curate engaging and high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and target audience. Conduct keyword research, optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags to improve searchability and reach. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visually appealing and compelling video thumbnails and graphics. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as views, engagement, and subscriber growth, and use the insights to optimize content and strategies. Manage the YouTube community, respond to comments, engage with viewers, and foster a positive and interactive environment. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to continuously improve channel performance. Your Profile: A strong passion for YouTube and a deep understanding of the platform's ecosystem, algorithms, and best practices. Proven experience in managing YouTube channels, preferably in a similar role. Excellent video editing skills and proficiency in using editing software. Proficient in keyword research and SEO optimization techniques for YouTube. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and engagement. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
