    As a member of the board of this non-profit during the Covid-19 pandemic, I had to adapt very quickly and demonstrate leadership ensuring that the club was able to continue to operate, focussing on the safety of our members while maintaining member engagement and the club’s financial health.

    In this project, the Robertson Trust asked Pro Bono to look at the economic impact of a large project bringing together three providers to work with children at risk of long-term exclusion from school. I defined the scope of the investigation and recommended various approaches to measure the impact.
