Your Thoughts and Feelings: Tools for Self-Awareness and Mastery In the intricate tapestry of the human experience, thoughts and feelings often take centre stage, and they are not just random occurrences. Instead, they are the voice of your ego, communicating with you in a complex language that is biased in favour of your unconscious sense of incompleteness and need to compensate for the many ways the ego believes that you’re not enough.  When understood and acknowledged effectively, these inner dialogues can become powerful tools, informing you about your orientation and what’s getting the power in your life, moment to moment. Such awareness provides an opportunity to shift your focus and allocate your power to those things deserving of your attention, and all the while gaining deepening self-awareness which is key in mastering the art of conscious creating. The Pitfalls of Unchecked Thoughts and Feelings On the flip side, allowing your thoughts and feelings to run rampant without discernment can lead to chaos and hinder your personal growth and creative journey.
